These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to your use of ifastbasketball.com (the “Site”) and any program, download or community access you get from Robertson Training Systems, doing business as IFAST Basketball (“IFAST Basketball”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site or buying a program, you agree to these Terms.

Training and Health Disclaimer

Our programs, articles, videos and downloads are for general education and training purposes. They are not medical advice. Check with a physician or other qualified professional before starting any training program, especially if you are injured, returning from injury or have a health condition. You train at your own risk, and you are responsible for using proper technique, equipment and supervision.

Athletes Under 18

If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must review these Terms and agree to them for you. Parents and coaches are responsible for supervising young athletes who use our programs.

Purchases and Access

Prices are shown at checkout in US dollars. When you buy a program, you get a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own training or coaching. Some programs are delivered through third-party platforms such as Circle or TrainHeroic, and your use of those platforms is also subject to their terms.

Refunds

Your Content and Conduct

When you post in our community or submit an application, you agree to be respectful and not to post anything unlawful, harmful or misleading. We may remove content or end access for anyone who breaks these rules.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site and in our programs, including text, video, images, templates and the IFAST Basketball name and logo, belongs to IFAST Basketball or its licensors. You may not copy, share, resell or publish our programs or content without our written permission.

Third-Party Links

The Site may link to other websites and services. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Limitation of Liability

The Site and our programs are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent allowed by law, IFAST Basketball is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any injury, loss or damage arising from your use of the Site or our programs. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the program involved.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana.
