This Privacy Policy explains how Robertson Training Systems, doing business as IFAST Basketball (“IFAST Basketball”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects your information when you use ifastbasketball.com (the “Site”), buy a program, or join our email list or community.

Information We Collect

• Information you give us. Your name, email address and any answers you submit in our forms, quizzes and applications (for example, your role, goals and training background).
• Purchase information. When you buy a program, we receive your name, email, billing address and order details. Payments are processed by our payment providers (Stripe and PayPal). We do not see or store your full card number.
• Usage information. Basic technical data such as your browser, device, pages visited and the site that referred you, collected through cookies and similar tools.

How We Use Your Information

• To deliver the programs and downloads you request, including access to our community on Circle.
• To send receipts, account emails and answers to your questions.
• To send our newsletter and training emails if you sign up. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
• To review coaching and mentorship applications.
• To improve the Site and our programs.

Who We Share It With

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run IFAST Basketball, and only as needed for them to do that work:

• Payment processing: Stripe and PayPal.
• Email: Drip (newsletter and training emails) and our transactional email provider (receipts and account emails).
• Community and program delivery: Circle and TrainHeroic.
• Automation and hosting: Zapier and our website host.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep your cart and account working, remember your preferences and understand how the Site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the Site, such as checkout, may not work without them.

How Long We Keep It

We keep order records as long as needed for tax and accounting purposes. We keep email and application information until you ask us to delete it or unsubscribe, unless we need it for a legal reason.

Your Choices and Rights

You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time with the link in any email. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing us at the address below. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor them.

Children

Many of our athletes are high school students. The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No website or online service is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
