Do You Want to Get Your Athletes Faster, Stronger and More Athletic Without Crushing Them in the Gym or On the Court?
Do you want:
- 3 months of ready-to-go off-season strength and conditioning workouts?
- Video demonstrations and coaching cues so you’ll know exactly how to do the sessions?
- Video breakdowns of all the workouts and the “why” behind them?
- A better understanding of how to take care of your athletes’ bodies in the months and years to come?
If so, you need to get the IFAST Basketball Off-Season Workouts TODAY!
Let’s be honest… I’m frustrated with the current trends in strength and conditioning for basketball.
Some coaches are trying to turn their basketball players into powerlifters, back squatting them on game days and chasing weight room numbers versus improving their performance on the court.
Others are training them like football players, trying to get everyone to bulk up and put on a ton of size, again, without focusing on athleticism and performance.
And last but not least, some have just never played the game, and it shows in the way they’re writing programs for their athletes.
The fact of the matter is, a solid strength and conditioning program for basketball isn’t sexy and doesn’t play well on the ‘Gram, but is ridiculously effective in the results that it can give you.

The IFAST Basketball
Off-Season Program
I created the IFAST off-season basketball program for younger, developing athletes that I simply can’t work with on a regular basis.
Whether it’s due to time, geography or anything in between, the fact of the matter is I can’t train everyone personally.
But that doesn’t mean you can’t use my SYSTEM to help your athletes get the most out of their bodies!
The IFAST Basketball Off-Season Program is a 3-month (12-week) training program that will cover every facet of athleticism.
- Speed
- Strength
- Power
- Conditioning
- Mobility
- Biomechanical alignment
- Movement efficiency
Too many S&C programs assume the work you put in the gym will magically translate to the court, and that’s a dangerous assumption to make.
But that’s why I’ve dedicated an entire section of my program to improving basketball specific movements, such as:
- Improving your first step and ability to blow by defenders.
- Enhancing your lateral quickness and agility so you can lock down an offensive player.
- Developing vertical power and explosiveness off one or two legs.
- And building your brakes so you can lunge stop, close-out, and plant-and-go more effectively.
Three Blocks. Four Weeks Each.
Here’s a quick breakdown of how each training block looks.
Build The Foundation.
Month #1 will be used to get your body moving the right way and feeling great.
Here we’ll start by building your foundation, teaching you fundamental movement skills, and improving your posture and alignment to give you the tools to be successful for the long haul.
Strength And Power.
Month #2 will be focused on building strength and developing power. The first month laid the foundation, and now it’s go time!
Our goal here is simple: To build a bigger engine so you’re faster, stronger and more explosive than ever before.
Fast and fit for Preseason.
Month #3 is putting the icing on the cake. The final phase of our program is about making sure you’re fast, explosive and powerful heading into preseason.
Here we’ll put the finishing touches on your movement and make sure you’re ready to show out that first day of workouts.

Behind The Scenes Of Every Block.
The IFAST Off-Season Basketball program consists of 3, 4-week training programs (12 weeks in total).
I’ve got you covered every step of the way and I’ll tell you exactly:
- What exercises to perform
- The sets, reps and rest periods you should be following
- Coaching cues to make sure your technique is dialed in
- I’ve got video demonstrations of every exercise in the program, just to make sure you see exactly how things should be done.
In this Coaching Edition, I’m also going to give a write-up and video overview/breakdown of both the program itself, and all of the individual exercises.
This will give you a “behind the scenes” look at how I program, and why I structure the program like I do.
- Why I choose certain exercises
- How I progress from month-to-month

A Little Bit
About Me…
Hi, I’m Mike Robertson and I’m a lifelong basketball player, fan and coach.
I grew up loving the sport, and when I realized I wasn’t going to make it in college (let alone the NBA!), I did the next best thing…
…I got into coaching athletes.
For the past 26 years, I’ve spent the vast majority of my life figuring out how to make athletes bigger, faster and stronger.
And when it comes to basketball, I’ve seen and worked with athletes at every stage of the game.
Whether we’re talking middle school, high school, Division-1 athletes or NBA All-Stars, I’ve been lucky to work with players of every shape and size.
That’s also why I feel like I’m uniquely positioned to help people like YOU take your game to the next level.
- 26 years coaching
- Top 10 gym in America, 6×
- 500+ podcast episodes
- Thousands of hoopers trained
Coaches, Pros And Parents.
Mike Robertson is a leader in the sports performance and physical preparation industry.
Mike’s expertise as a coach lies in his ability to blend evidence-based practices with a deep understanding of individual athlete needs, ensuring optimal performance and injury prevention.
What really stands out about Mike is the time he takes to educate his players.
During Clark’s assessment, Mike explained everything he was doing and, more importantly, why he was doing it.
One of the most valuable aspects of working with Mike has been his emphasis on overall development.
He doesn’t just focus on workouts; he has helped me establish consistent out-of-season and in-season training, and even eating schedules.
He’s one of the best S&C coaches I’ve ever been around.
Mike’s love and understanding of basketball is refreshing to have in an S&C coach.
We have had three kids train at IFAST and Mike Robertson has done a great job with each of them.
He genuinely cares about his athletes and takes the time to understand what each one needs.
From the second I joined IFAST, and before we’d even met, Mike took the time to watch my film and understand how I moved.
His effort and attention to detail are unmatched.
Athletes, parents and coaches who know Mike and his work. Their words are trimmed, not edited.
This Sounds Great… But How Much Does It COST?
I’m not going to belabor this too much, as I feel like this is a total no-brainer.
An hour of private training with me in the gym is $199.
My private online coaching clients pay me $499 per month for my services.
And while I know I could charge a lot for this program, my only goal right now is to get it in the hands of as many coaches and young athletes as possible.
That’s why you can get the entire 3-month IFAST Basketball Off-Season program for ONLY $197!
